When dealing with any tax issue, it helps to have an understanding of the Internal Revenue Service. Bill has a better understanding than most. That’s because his more than 34 years of tax experience include 12 years with the IRS. Serving in positions ranging from Internal Revenue Agent to Chief of Examination, Andover Service Center, he learned that “there is no such thing as a ‘small’ taxpayer.”

Bill frequently speaks before professional groups on tax and related matters, and he has authored numerous articles on taxation.

He enjoys solving problems with his wide variety of gadgets, boating on the “Irish Diamond,” photography, home improvements, and Cape Cod beach walks with his wife, Martha, his children and grandchildren.
