MANDATORY ELECTRONIC IRS PAYMENTS:  On March 25, 2025, President Trump signed Executive Order 14247 – Modernizing Payments to and From America’s Bank Account.  The order requires all payments made to or from the IRS to be conducted via electronic funds transfer.  There are various options and limited exceptions.  One available option is to create an IRS online account.  You can do so by following this link:  https://www.irs.gov/your-account
